Who also have Dan grades in their own respective martial arts?
The instructors are led by founder instructor Colin Hollobone who was given the nickname Of crazy horse, come along and form your own conclusions on that one. Colin is 3rd Dan Self Defence Federation instructor and has 30 years martial arts experience which includes Shotokan and Korean karate also competing in full contact Karate. His achievements include 1st Dan British Combat And achieved 1st Dan in Ryi Shinto Ryu Ju-Jitsu in Slovenia in 2008 progressing to 2nd Dan in Ireland in 2009.
The club instructs Reality Street Self Defence some of which is adapted from various Styles and techniques with strong emphasis on application and finish .
We have been members of The Self Defence Federation since 2000 and practice Dave Turton’s theory.
